The presentation will demonstrate how educators manage synchronous classes, student participation, attendance, lesson delivery, and collaborative learning experiences using BigBlueButton. We will also discuss lessons learned, operational best practices, and how open-source technology enables accessible, flexible, and high-quality online education.

Dr. Prakash K P, Ph.D., PMP, PMI-PBA, PMI-ACP, is a technology and education leader with more than 20 years of experience in EdTech, product development, online learning, and educational operations. He serves as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Technology Officer at Grade Results, where he leads the development and implementation of learning management systems, student information systems, virtual learning solutions, AI-powered educational tools, and large-scale online instructional programs.
Dr. Prakash has successfully led the design and launch of multiple SaaS education platforms supporting virtual schools, online tutoring services, curriculum delivery, graduation tracking, and student success initiatives. He is passionate about leveraging technology to create scalable, engaging, and accessible learning experiences for students and educators worldwide.
