Paulo's presentation will provide an overview of BigBlueButton's real-time media stack as of 4.0: the latest on the LiveKit integration, the use cases it unlocks, lessons learned from running it in real-world scenarios, and where the stack goes from here.

 

About Paulo Lanzarin

Paulo Lanzarin is a software developer at Mconf Tecnologia (Porto Alegre, Brazil). He has been involved with the BigBlueButton project since 2017, his main focus has been on the project's real-time communication capabilities. He has participated in BigBlueButton's transition from the Flash-based RTC framework to WebRTC as well as the subsequent switch from Kurento to mediasoup, and is eager to do it once again with LiveKit.
