Jon's presentation will demonstrate the implicit bias of generative AI and provide effective strategies to mitigate those results while improving results. Participants will receive practical advice and resources from a teacher and consultant who has experience and expertise in the use of generative AI in education.

Jon Fila is an award-winning educator, speaker and author. Jon has led digital accessibility initiatives, developed curriculum, and facilitated the adoption and update of Open Educational Resources (OER). He has written books on the use of AI in education. Jon also serves as an educational consultant, providing presentations and workshops for school districts and organizations. Jon was a 2022 Minnesota Teacher of the Year finalist.
